"Fantastic Insurance and Best Agent in town! My family has had all of our insurance (Homeowner, Autos, Boats, Trailers and RVs, and even Supplement F for Health insurance) with David Ballard’s State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. We have received nothing short of the best personal service from David Ballard and his staff (especially Debbie Ulibarri) for the entire time! We receive discounts for multiple policies as well. David and his staff are available at ANY hour if you need help with a claim, which has been invaluable so many times for us. We have personal contact always in times of the stress of an accident, which is just priceless. "My wife and I have used David Ballard handle our home and auto insurance for over 45 years!!! That should say something about our trust in him and his staff. For a lot of the years , Debra, has been our go to for any questions and adding new coverage. She's been there a LONG time which also says a lot to me as a former business owner. "I have been with David Ballard for a little over 35 years. Debbie U. has always been so competent and helpful! I now consider her a good friend. David is so giving and kind. He actually went up a 10' ladder at my house (after an ice storm) wearing a suit and dress shoes! I use them for my homeowner's insurance, auto insurance and have used them for renter's insurance. Besides providing great insurance, they also offer wonderful advice when it comes to anything insurance. I haven't lived in Abilene for a long time, but I kept my insurance agent. Everyone are just great!!!"
